fantastic stay

friendly staff efficient staff water station good location
the staff were so friendly and efficient it made check-in easy and i got to my studio plus quickly. a still and sparkling water filling station was located right on my floor and i used this a lot. the breakfast was interesting and staff explained the options well. location is good and the hotel has easy access to many areas.
The £200 charge to my credit card for the stay felt excessive. I would have preferred a simple card authorisation

the hotel gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes and it has a selection of free weights available . a rooftop bar offers city views and serves cocktails until late each evening. the lobby area features several seating areas.

amazing stay!

stylish hotel helpful staff excellent dining nearby tube
the hotel is stylish and clean. i found the staff very kind and helpful. the location is great with excellent dining close by. the tube station nearby makes it easy to get around!
i noticed some music playing in the breakfast room was a little loud.

cold eggs bad shower design
The breakfast i got as compensation was not good. i waited forever for small portions. The eggs were already cold and the bacon tasted stale. our shower had a crack in the glass wall and the shower design was pretty bad so water splashed out completely when showering. i find it a bit annoying.

signature smell rooftop bar shower curtain standard room
the hotel has a signature smell. it was very cute as i walk into the lobby. a lovely rooftop bar exist and a great little coffee shop is located in the hotel. it was very charmed.
i have stayed here before in a larger room. i was in a standard double room this time and the difference are stark. no robes exist. shower over the bath use a shower curtain.
